As part of our ongoing commitment to providing efficient and effective corporate services, this is the process for staff to seek IT services.


Privacy Considerations

Most IT support requests sent to itservices@girlguides.ca  are received and triaged by a third-party service provider (Jolera Inc). The information you share via email will be sent out of GGC’s network and be subject to both Jolera Inc’s privacy policy and Zoho Corp’s privacy policy. Please use caution when sharing information online. Do not share more information than is necessary and never share your passwords.  


Jolera Inc. is available to staff at all hours including weekends (24/7).  Some requests sent to itservices@girlguides.ca are serviced by Jolera. Staff can also reach Jolera by phone or web form noted below.


Issues not supported by Jolera, will be referred to GGC’s internal IT service desk for resolution. GGC’s internal IT service desk is available to staff only during regular office hours.


Who to contact during regular business hours:


• Office365services@girlguides.ca – for matters relating to Office 365, including requests for permission changes, shared mailboxes, email creation, Share Point needs, Teams creation, Teams Phone changes etc. 


For staff onboarding, offboarding, change in equipment, or change in role: managers should complete the appropriate form on the Management Corner SharePoint Site


• Membershipsystems@girlguides.ca – for issues with logging into Member Zone or IMIS, including outages and pw resets, data pulls includes targeted distribution lists request, statistics, new reports and edits to existing reports, iMIS change request, iMIS process support, iMIS record support such as deleted data, merging duplicate records.


itservices@girlguides.ca – All other issues that occur during regular business hours and for support after hours, including weekends. You can request help with MS office tools and common desktop applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Help with printing, laptop, or desktop issues.
