How to Get IT Support
IT related issues or requests include:
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Permissions, shared mailboxes, email setup
- SharePoint and Microsoft Teams (including Teams Phone)
- Other software, laptop or hardware related issues or requests
Requests are received and triaged by GGC’s internal IT Service Desk.
Information shared is managed within GGC’s network and protected under GGC’s privacy and security practices.
Only share what’s needed to resolve your issue, and never share your passwords.
Staff Onboarding / Offboarding / Role or Equipment Changes
iMIS – Membership Systems Support:
- Login or password issues
- Data pulls and reports
- iMIS changes and record support
- Duplicate or missing records
- Phishing or suspicious emails that should be blocked
- Possible security incidents, such as a compromised login or computer
Emergency IT Support (Business Hours & After Hours)
Call 1-877-323-4545 if you are experiencing an urgent IT issue that requires immediate support.
An IT emergency is an issue that cannot wait until the next business day and is preventing critical business operations, such as:
- Loss of access to a critical system needed for time-sensitive work
- A widespread outage impacting multiple staff or teams
- A technical issue preventing essential services from running
- A security incident requiring immediate attention
